Do art ideas have to go neglected because of a work schedule? For me, I am one lucky person.

My wife went to Mannheim for 5 weeks. That left me able to claim all available space in our tiny house for art. I mean counters, dining room table, living room chairs, desks. AND... No cleaning up necessary. I just leave everything where it is and continue the next day.

I work on-call at the Sheldon Jackson Museum. That kind of chops up my days, going to work at 11am for 2 hours, but leaves the rest of the day strictly for art.

Like I said, I'm lucky. I got a major painting done based on a portion of this design. I enlarged the section with the bear, salmon, and raven. That represents "Haa Aaní" -- Our Land.
